Scott Stabile
Scott, the author of the acclaimed Big Love: The Power of Living with a Wide-Open Heart, will guide you through writing exercises designed to help you unlock deeper truths about yourself.
He created these exercises so you can approach your life with a clearer and more expansive understanding of who you are and what you need in order to live a more peaceful and fully realized life.
Along with the targeted writing exercises, Scott will lead class discussion and share the unfiltered, compassionate insights to which his many readers and listeners have become accustomed.

David Gandelman
David Gandelman is a spiritual teacher, host of the Energy Matters podcast, Grounded Sleep podcast, and teaches meditation at the Den Meditation Studio in Los Angeles, and Cornell University.
